Our new frost shields have made defrosting the cars much easier, but they brought a new problem: interior frost. As Mera is a hatchback, the frost-shield gets stored in with the rest of the cab's atmosphere. When the car heater or even the sun's rays get the cab warm enough, the frost that came with the shield condenses on my windows (particularly the rear window) to the point that I now have to take a couple of paper towels to the rear window after I return home from work or have beads of ice droplets form on it overnight.
Hopefully this and other concerns, such as whether we should get engine heaters, will be solved once we can buy a house with a heated garage.
