Grilled

Sure, the weather was not quite right for it and so I had to put the grill under the carport, but I felt it was time to grill today anyway. The meal wasn't anything fancy: just burger patties preloaded with bacon and cheese. Still, it tasted good; it tasted like summer.

I obviously put Connor in a summer mood too, because he came out to play in just shorts and a short-sleeve shirt. He would then run to the grill because "It's warm here" and then run off again. It seemed a little overly optimistic to me.

I can still smell the smoke on my clothes. I'm glad I made extra. I will have some good lunches this week.
