The boys are also going through their adjustment phase. I've had them set their alarms this week to get them in the practice of waking up without someone having to wake them up. This has also meant earlier bedtimes (a key factor in Rowen's attitude the next day). Thankfully, they've been really good about the change. I think that they might almost be ready for the school year.
I hope that I can adjust as well. According to my Fitbit, I averaged about 7 1/2 hours of sleep a night during the summer, but during the school year I was averaging under 6 hours and 20 minutes each night (and that's with usually getting 8 hours from sleeping in a bit on Saturday and Sunday). I should really try to do better than that.
