Basically, I am supposed to eat better, sleep more, stay more active, and do other similarly healthy things for this next month. While I try to do those things anyway, the idea is that tracking these activities (also see my earlier blog about data) will lead to me being more aware of what I need to do to live a healthier lifestyle. It's a good idea, and one for which I might make my own spreadsheet once this is over that I can both use and share.
