With a little over an hour drive home with my carpool, I often get in the door at around 5:20 which gives me 40 minutes to eat and use the restroom before having to leave to take the boys to their Tuesday night catechism classes. Those last from 6:15 to 7:30, during which time Janelle (when she doesn't have a meeting) and I either get errands done around town (it's really not worth driving home and back) or going to a shopping center with Rowen to do some walking.
That gets us home around 7:45 to get any groceries put away, put the boys in bed, and spend a little bit of time relaxing before trying to get to bed sometime between 9 and 10.
That said, compared to my life last year when I was often working at Baker until 9 (9:40 or 10 on nights that I taught a class), these days are downright refreshing.
