I believe that a major reason for this calmer break up is that it has not been filled with a great deal of rain. Instead, we've had long stretches of sunny weather with the warmer temperatures. This has certainly made the season not nearly as muddy as it has been in the past.
This has also led to an earlier wardrobe change for me. Although I have not switched to shorts quite yet, most of my flannel is headed towards the back of the closet, while my short sleeved shirts are heading to the front. Sure, I occasionally wear my Hawaiian shirts throughout the year no matter the temperature, but several people noted today that I seem to be wearing them more frequently as of late.
This nice weather makes me think that breaking up is not always that hard to do.
