Now, the people who booked for tomorrow should not have been able to without an override from us as they did so within 24 hours before our check-in time (which makes it more ironic that they're requesting to arrive two hours before our normal check in). Somehow, the system slipped them approval anyway which meant that we had to turn on panic mode to finish getting the cabin ready. We had not felt the need to hurry before since no one was signed up until June.
Oddly, our cabin has been quite busy this year, and for longer than normal. It will be interesting to see how our totals compare to previous years since we lost guests over the summer due to Covid cleaning restrictions (at least 24 hours between guests--while we normally have them back-to-back during fishing season) and outright cancellations. At least all of the guests have been friendly.
It's a nice little cabin, but I have yet to spend the night in it.
