We didn't get into any of the final rounds (although we got close), but all three of them came away with plans for what they want to try out at the next competition (at Homer in mid January). As I was frequently needed as a judge, I only had the opportunity to see one of their performances--and there is a great deal of potential. I again had the privilege to watch (often as a judge) students from eleven other schools demonstrate some fantastic presentation skills.
Well, I didn't get much sleep last night, and school buses are not nearly as comfortable as one might think--especially for a multi-hour ride, so I am going to head to bed.
