It's so easy to fall out of the habit, and so difficult to get back into it. There are so many excuses that can come up, and rarely do I feel like I am "in the mood" to exercise. I have a feeling that this is just something that I'm going to need to force myself into for the rest of my life.
Hopefully, continuing to exercise will help ensure that "the rest of my life" has a long time left in it.
