This has continued through the day, especially in my hands. Even now at home, I am occasionally shivering when I am usually, if anything, overwarm. At least, I don't feel as cold as I did earlier; however, I think the hot soup we had for dinner is largely responsible for warming me up.
Often, when I'm feeling chilled, it's an indication that I am overtired (which is entirely possible), coming down with a cold (which I would like to avoid), or some combination of the two. I probably should head to bed earlier as that should help in any of those cases. Honestly, my covers seem quite inviting right now.
If this continues, I should take advantage of this feeling and use it as an excuse to cozy up under some blankets with cocoa and a book or cuddle with my lovely wife ... as long as she doesn't mind snuggling with a snowman.
