This is true for other routines as well. I really need to put myself back into a research schedule to make up for these past couple of weeks. Granted, I don't think I was really on a good research schedule before break.
This week, I did make exercising a priority so that I will be able to start the year with positive momentum. I do wish that I had not slipped as much as I did the week before, as this is one schedule that I need to maintain if I want to maintain any schedules in the future.
I'm already prepped for the first week of the new semester for the classes that I'm teaching. Hopefully, getting back into the rhythm at work will be easier for that. It will just be a matter of getting my students back on schedule (or even establishing a schedule).
