Often, when I feel the pressures around me begin to relax, I overcompensate and over-relax, only to find myself mired once again. I'm not at the end of the race yet and I need to finish strong. If I don't continue rocketing forward, the momentum I have will not be enough to let me break orbit.
... Is there another metaphor I can throw in here?
