I missed the trainings from earlier in the evening as I was the second-to-last to arrive. My “chaperone” (who happens to be my previous tour liaison and thus someone I could recognize on sight) picked me up from the airport and took me to an authentic Spanish dinner that included Tortilla de Patata - potato omelette, Croquette - cheese and ham, and Piaella- rice/meat (chicken, in this case)/vegetables. It ended up being more than the two of us could eat, but we made a valiant attempt.
