There is a LOT of food here. While I've been good about avoiding pastries, chocolates, cookies, breads, and most other carbs, I've still been eating a lot (much of it fruit). I have done a couple of elliptical sessions and have been walking to the hotel rather than taking the bus; however, according to the scale in our marble-tiled bathroom, I've gained a couple of pounds these past couple of days. I think that I especially need to avoid getting too many snacks during the breaks.
Anyway, the professional development was a bit late and with my workout added to it, I'm a bit past my bedtime.
