I also liked that I was wearing my Star Wars themed Hawaiian shirt. It looks like a normally gaudy Hawaiian shirt, but closer inspect reveals that the white "flowers" are actually Millennium Falcons and R2-D2s. To my enjoyment, multiple people would say something like, "Why aren't you wearing a Star Wars shirt?" To this I would reply, "I am. Look closer." Again, watching the realization hit people's faces brought my joy each and every time.
I have no special viewing plans for today. In fact, the only things I watched were Connor's track meet (where he made another PR in the 400m, but still hasn't broken the 1 minute mark) and an episode of Battlestar Galactica. It likely won't be until I run the Obi-wan Kenobi marathon later in the summer that I will get my Star Wars celebration worthy of today.
I have spoken.
