As is, some things are slipping. My backlog of journal articles to read is growing, as is the pile of essays that I need to grade. I still have to make time for the 12 hours of mandated beginning of the year online training. Meanwhile, two of my classes aren't even planned out through next week.
Everything is still manageable, but I need to stop focusing on small frivolous activities (which can be finished quickly and thus give small bursts of satisfaction) at the expense of more important ones--a main important one being doing things with my family.
