Today is the second to last palindrome date of this month. After today, we are only left with 12/22/21. Granted, the best was probably the eight digit palindrome of 12/02/2021.
The date marked Alex's birthday. I don't know of any numerical oddities there. However, I believe that she had a good day as she got to spend it as the fun aunt while visiting Katrina's family.
Meanwhile, Janelle, Rowen, and I traveled to Seward to watch the Skyview 8th grade basketball team win their Borough championship. The games were close and exciting. Although Connor did not get much game time, I'm still glad that we went--even if the seating was almost non-existent in the Seward Middle School gym.
Once again, the views in Seward took my breath away. This was almost literally true as the winds were gusting hard enough to force me to lean into them to get to our car. They made a portion of our drive a bit interesting too.
